We suggest taking the "test out" proficiency exam; the pass rate is almost 98% and you'll spend less money and time than by taking an upgrade prelicense course (which can always be your "Plan B)." The Presidential Real Estate Group is a brokerage company owned by Express Learning Centers, Incorporated. The company will sponsor your license and allow the limited activity of you receiving referral fees.
Your cost is minimal and sponsorship consists of:
Request via email, sign, and mail to The Presidential Real Estate Group an independent contractor employment agreement.Send your license to us for transfer of sponsoring broker.The company does not charge you a percentage of your referral fees: you keep 100%.
You will be an independent contractor and will have an employment agreement with us. You are expected to use Express Learning Centers as your CE school and take all required CE through Express. Once we receive your license and transfer fee (payable using the link to our store above) we will issue a temporary sponsor card that you use while IDFPR sends your new license to you.

If you wish to increase your knowledge for free to facilitate your upgrade to either broker or managing broker, you can do so at Express, and then gain continuing education (CE) credit. When you take the "test out" option to upgrade, you'll want CE for the period during which you now hold your current license--by far an easier and less expensive alternative to a prelicense course.
