Many of our courses are free and all are subject to copyright restrictions.

The courses and exams offered on the page of our web site found by clicking here (self-study core and elective courses) are free. You must purchase an exam each time you intend to take an exam--whether subsequently passed or failed. Exams purchased from that page are not refundable, even if not taken.

The cost and refund policy for course and exam material of our Broker Management Continuing Education course is announced on our store page at the point of sale.

Policies of our live instructor courses are announced on those pages. Graduation fee and graduation refund fee policies are announced on the course description pages and on our store page at the point of sale.

The refund policy of the SSP professional designation is announced on our store page at the point of sale.

Policies of our Instructor Development Workshop, a workshop required by IDRPR are announced on that page. The refund policy is announced on our store page at the point of sale.

We forward to the State of Illinois, on your behalf, your passing examination scores used to satisfy the requirement for core and elective courses for continuing education and for the CE Instructor Workshop. We provide this as a service to you and the State. We will also send you a grade report via e-mail at the e-mail address you supply. You are responsible to prove and certify to the State that prior to the renewal deadline or application that you passed the required course.

For the 2010-renewal-period broker management course, we forward your exam answer sheet to the IDFPR course contractor for grading and maintain a scanned copy of it in case of subsequent loss. Thereafter the course contractor is responsible for notifications to the State of Illinois for your continuing education credit and is responsible to provide you with a graduation certificate.

You agree that utilizing any of our products and services is at your sole risk. We, nor any of our agents, vendors, employees and contractors makes any representation of warranty as a result of the offering of any product or service. We, nor our agents, employees and contractors shall be held liable for any error, omission, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising as a result of the performance and/or use of any products or services. Additionally, you, proctors, and employees agree to indemnify us and our agents, employees and contractors and agree to hold us/them harmless from any problems, errors, omissions, or damages arising as a result from your use of such products or services.

You agree that these terms and conditions are to be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, Kane County, and will be binding upon all heirs, distributes, personal representatives, successors and assigns.

If any provision, exhibit, modification or amendment is held to be invalid by any law or regulation, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of other provisions, exhibits, modifications or amendments herein.

Privacy Policy

Express does not share with any entity the personal information you provide when using our web site, with these exceptions: your selected proctor, the State of Illinois, law enforcement agencies, the orders of a court, any vendor we may select for payment processing.

For those excepted entities we will provide only the information required by them to fulfill their mission or lawful request.
