Core & Elective Exams / $9.95 each
Buy the number of exams you need to complete your required hours of CE. Each course is 3 credit-hours, except course 104 which is 6 hours. Exams for all courses are deliverd via email to proctors after nomination and approval, and you are notified of that delivery via email. Once purchased, exams are not refundable, though you may change your mind about which exams you want to take, even at the last minute.

If you already possess "Illinois Broker Management," by Lauire S. MacDougal, ISBN 978-1-4195-3820-9, you do not need to purchase it for this optional portion of this course. Once purchased and USPS delivery is confirmed, we cannot refund the book.
SSP Professional Designation Initial Issuance / $85.00
Your application will be processed within 3 working days and your certificate will arrive in regular mail. If for any reason your application is denied, your fee will be refunded. Denial is rare since required information is requested via mandatory fields. Denial usually results when information submitted cannot be confirmed when Express attempts confirmation. We cannot refund a designation fee once you are provided with access to the designation logo which you may use to promote your qualifications.
Instructor Development Workshop Evaluation / $49.95
We evaluate attendee participation upon fee submission made within 10 days of attendance, and make a report of our conclusions. Any required make-up attendance is free. The fee is nonrefundable--payment of the fee requests only our evaluation of attendee performance; a completion certificate if satisfactory or remedial/make-up suggestions. Fee received after 10 days beyond workshop attendance is not refundable but may be used for purchases for up to one year after attendance. This is a 6 credit-hour course with 2 exam attempts. You will be sent an email message with further instructions and links to other materials. Prior to taking the final exam, you may receive a $40 refund. All remaining charges cannot be refunded since they represent our cost of preparing and sending to you the course materials. Upon taking the final course exam, no refund of any amount will be made.

Instructor Freeman Course Graduation Fee / $30.00
This fee is for administration of CE graduation. You paid the instructor and proctor fees directly to Ms. Freeman. Express (not instructors or proctors) must receive this fee and the attendance form you signed in class within 10 days of you taking the CE exam for this course. We cannot issue CE credit if we do not receive the fee and the form within that 10 days. This fee is not refundable after we send to you your graduation certificate, or if we receive the fee after the 10-day period.
Instructor Drury Auctions Course Fee / $39.00
This is the course fee and it includes the final exam fee for Illinois real estate CE credit, a simple exam procedure for which you will receive emailed instructions. First, please pay the fee using the button displayed here. Next, click here to nominate a proctorwho will observe your taking of the exam, and to whom we will deliver via email the exam questions. This fee is refundable only up until you log onto the webinar, thereafter it is not refundable. Additional examination fee of $9.95 each applies should you fail the first examination.

Initial Sponsoring Broker License Transfer Fee / $50.00
You will receive from us via regular mail a temporary sponsor card showing The Presidential Real Estate Group as your sponsoring broker. You will receive soon after that a new broker license from IDFPR showing the same. This fee once submitted is not refundable.
Monthly License Maintenance Fee / $8.00
This fee is for the maintenance of your files relating to your license being sponsored by The Presidential Real Estate Group. You may terminate such sponsorship at any time and thus terminate this fee. The company will terminate your sponsorship and return your license to you should you not submit this fee upon reminder. We will send you an electronic invoice each month with a link to this page.
