Express Learning Centers is pleased to sponsor these courses and Nancy Freeman as your instructor. Ms. Freeman will be arranging with you directly for the course fee. Express does not receive the course fee, nor therefore, can Express issue refunds or make other financial arrangements for the course. These matters are arranged between you and Ms. Freeman. Express holds the license for this course and is responsible for its content and the manner in which it is conducted.
Current market conditions require licensees to become adept at handling these transactions. Everyone is now aware of failing lenders, the shaky middle-market, and the acquisitions of the big players. This could be one of the best times in real estate if you're willing to learn new skills.
Your enrollment, accomplished by completing the above information, is with Express Learning Centers. Your information will be sent to Express and to Ms. Freeman for the purpose of enrolling in these CE courses. You will be contacted by Ms. Freeman to arrange for the course fee payment, to receive class times, and to be notified of location details. By submitting your information and/or attending the class you are indicating that you have read and that you agree to this course description.  This web page is the only method by which Express announces this class and solicits attendance for the class.

Persons completing and submitting the information above on behalf of licensees attest that they have informed the licensee of the information contained on this page, that the licensee has agreed to the disclosure of their personal data for the purpose of enrolling at Express, and that the licensee has agreed to the terms and conditions contained on the Express web site. You must bring and present a photo ID (Drivers License), and your real estate license or pocket card to take the course exam. We cannot administer an exam without these items. We cannot send your grade report to IDFPR (Illinois) unless you have enrolled with Express, accomplished by submitting the data above.

We will issue to you via email a graduation certificate and will enter your CE credit into the IDFPR database when you pass the course final exam. Express will do this after receiving the registration as shown at the top of this page, the attendance form you sign in class, and the fee displayed at and through our online store. You may allow instructors or proctors to collect this fee and/or the signed form, or you may personally submit them to Express directly. If Express does not receive the form and fee from whatever source--you, instructors, or proctors--within 10 days of you taking the course final exam we will assume that you do not desire CE credit for the course, we will discard any and all records associated with your attendance, and cannot thereafter issue CE credit to you.
