The course covers the current trends in real estate auction marketing, and the role of the auctioneer/broker in the auction transaction. The course describes the role of the ringman during the auction itself and the terms and conditions set in every auction. The course highlights the entire auction process, from the listing to the sale, and beyond the sale.
